I did 2 video interviews using the app HireView with BlackRock. It is a good app that can help you do interview without a travel and within a short time.
The interview questions were quite basic competency questions, like why BlackRock? Why this role? What extra activities you did? Why did you choose your course in uni?
Each question you have 30s to read and 1.5min to answer.
HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
