There are three rounds; First round is to do a pre-recorded interview (5 minutes long, 3 basic questions) ; Second round should be a half an hour skype group interview; Final round is on-site; No technical questions at all; All behavioral questions; No technical questions at all; Very different from ib interviews, which will definitely ask you at least some questions about valuation and accounting; BlackRock seems to be more focus on your story and incentive to do finance; Finance-related activities will be really helpful since you can tell your stories.
