The interview process was very thorough but efficient. I was able submit an initial video to allow the hr team to ensure that I met qualifications prior to scheduling time with team members. I was able to meet with 5 different team members who I would be collaborating with during 3 different sessions. During each session I was given ample time to both share my experience as well as request details related to both the position and company so that both sides could determine alignment. Communication around expectations and timeline of any next steps were clear throughout. I appreciated the thought and planning of the entire process.

4. (About a week later) Generic email saying that they were moving forward with other candidates
The overall process was cold and not personal at all. Although the generic emails were signed with the recruiters name, I could tell by the wording that it was system generated.
