Interview
Was called for a onsite interview to their premise I came from a different city altogether, taking travel and stay on my own I travelled 4 hrs in and out to attend their interview in bangalore and they gave a stupid code test on onsite I didnt clear it ontime they asked me to go without even looking at the code or logic. Why in the world will you do that ? If you want to keep a test give a hackerrank or hackerearth test like everyother company does and then invite people. Dont invite people F2F for a coding test. F2F means f2f for gods sake. Have this basic understanding first as a company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blackhawk Network (Bengaluru) in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview was same as other product bases companies.
1st round online assessment
2nd round was focused on problem solving
3rd round was focused on Java, DS and one system design question, interview went for more than 1.5 hour
4th round was manager round, focused on resume and few soft skills question
Manager was pretty impressed and was asking to join early. I have already told them my competitive offer amount but still they were quoting 5lac less than that. that too from base salary part.
this is utterly disgusting behaviour, why you are wasting time fo candidates if you can beat the competitive offer.
