The phone screen with the Recruiter turned me off to this company. First, she was about 15 minutes late contacting me. Then she proceeded to ask me why I was looking for another job when I had only been with my previous job four months? I had to tell her twice, that I was not looking, that her coordinator found me and it didn't hurt to look into another opportunity. Then she reviewed by work experience and proceeded to talk negative about my previous employer. After the screen, I didn't bother to follow up with the rest of the interviewing process.
