Interview
Red flags all over the place. First, I got the distinct impression that they were just fishing for ideas on how to do things rather than actually making a hire. Second, I met with 2 (yes 2) different HR / Recruiter people and the next step apparently would have been to meet with a 3rd recruiter. So strange. Why have 3 recruiters? Lastly, and possibly the most strange, they recorded the interviews, without even asking permission. I am fairly certain this is illegal in some states. After reading some of the other reviews here (which reference screen recording) and doing some further research this seems like a questionable place.
Multiple in-depth calls, with various members of the team. Followed by being asked to prepare and present an in-depth presentation, to solve a current problem for their team. Only to be ghosted it felt like they just wanted help trouble shooting their issue.
