Interview process took 3 weeks. I made it through the following 4 rounds: 1. Screening Interview with Recruiter that lasted 30 minutes. 2. Project Planning Exercise that included providing project plan with questions to ask, assumptions, and set of tasks. 3. Interview with HR Director that included questions about project management experience and emotional intelligence and lasted an hour. 4. Interview with Senior Recruiter that included cultural questions and walkthrough of their activity monitoring app (Hubstaff) that lasted an hour. They scheduled a final interview with the President that was supposed to have lasted an hour. Two hours before the interview, they canceled stating that they a candidate had accepted the offer. They did say they felt I had a strong background and experience and asked if they could keep in touch. I did not feel great about this company. Just another digital agency trying to make their mark and making huge mistakes along the way like growing faster than they can handle.
