My experience was consistent with the rest of the commentary about this organization. Despite receiving an official "offer" from this company my attendance was then requested for a 3rd interview (despite receiving an "offer"). I thought a 3rd interview was rather strange given that I already received an official over-the-phone "offer". In any event, after arriving at the 3rd interview (post offer) one of the "managers" wanted me to sign a series of forms and wanted me to start the following week. Before doing so however I wanted to see in person, on paper, the specific details of the "offer" that I had received over-the-phone just days earlier. To my surprise, the "manager" did not even have or know basic information regarding details (i.e. compensation package;including salary, insurance/benefit information) of this job offer yet wanted me start the following week. The manager literally was clueless about any of the details but wanted to me commit to a start date. I respectfully declined agreeing to a start date, much less 3 business days later, without knowing a single detail about the job "offer" that I was extended. I agreed to discuss the details of the "offer" post interview with one of the managers. My call and voicemail was never returned. Simply stated, situations like these are not only sometimes indicative of an organizations processes it's highly unprofessional to request a potential candidate to make an employment commitment to an organization without FIRST officially pontificating specific job offer details to include compensation, benefits, parking, insurance and other subsequently relevant details.
