Blaize Marketing Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter, although I had not previously applied for the role. I met w/recruiter and she asked very good, thoughtful questions. She confirmed that she would definitely (promised) get back to me by a certain day, the following week. It's been more than 3 weeks, and I have heard nothing back. Unfortunately, being ghosted like this indicates that the company is disorganized and lacks integrity.
