I received a call back fairly quickly for the position and given a brief phone interview, asking for minimum compensation and broad questions about the length of experience I had. It was a standard panel interview, a manager, two employees in the department and HR. HR asked a couple questions, and the other three asked questions off a sheet of paper, it sounded like questions off of a Google search. They worried about my current employer experience, even though they hired two former employees.
