Blattner Company interview questions

I met the recruiters at a job fair and received an interview the following day. I was then contacted about a week later about a second interview. They flew me up to the headquarters in Avon, Minnesota and put me in a hotel for the night. All expenses were paid for including the hotel, rental car and gas. The interview took approximately an hour and it was with one of the project managers. Basically asked me general interview questions about my past experience and education. I was happy to be able to travel up there to meet them, it really reenforced how I felt about the company, which is that they care about their people.

Phone interview with HR, told me about the position and company. Flew me in with hotel and car, interviewed with 2 people. Asked about resume and background. They made sure that I understood my position and the requirements that come with it. Must have valid clean driving record and ability to relocate at will!
