First I was interviewed by a recruiter from a recruiting company, through Microsoft Teams video conference.
Some weeks later, I was then interviewed by mobile phone by a recruiter from Blip.

Interview
It took me 4 interviews plus one role play test to get the job.
All sessions were very relaxed but the questions or scenarios were good at catching us of guard and it could have gone sour very quickly.
More than technical, the questions were meant to analyze my soft skills and how I dealt with problematic past experiences.
