I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blip (Portugal) (Porto, Oporto) in May 2021
Interview
It is a 4-phase procedure:
1) Interview with RH, the typical. Talking about your past and experience and expectations
2) Interview with 2 PO. Scrum-related questions on how would you deal with certain situations. Similar to interview examples you can find online
3) PO Study Case. The company wants to expands its business to other countries, with different legal requirements from the UK, and the question is how would you organize your work? Priorities, what would you do, to whom would you talk to?
4) Hiring manager interview with proposal
The interview went very smoothly, the recruiters were friendly and so were the staff. It didn't take long and they provided feedback after the interview in a very reasonable amount of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Blip (Portugal) in Jul 2023
Interview
The first interview was with RH team. It is a standard interview where they talk about the company and you talk about your professional experience. The second interview was with PO team (Senior and Junior). In this interview, maybe the project details are not well defined and you don't have additional information about the project. The main objective is to know more about your PO experience than they talk about the project that the company has. The third interview was with Engineer Team and they want to know if you have experience working with Agile methodology.
