Second is a technical questionnaire with exercise at the end. It started with a recruiter call, and it was followed by two technical interviews focusing on java. Recruiters were nice but not that suitable to be asking so specific questions in 2025. Unfortunately did not reach the last stage

Finally, there was a short cultural-fit interview where they explained the team dynamics, work environment, and expectations. The interviewers were professional and friendly throughout the process, and the communication was consistent. Overall, the experience was positive, well organized, and transparent.
