Blip (Portugal) Software Engineer, Backend interview questions

1) Employee referral; 2) Short phone interview; 2) Face to Face interview with 2 Developers and 1 HR member. The interview lasted about 3/4 hours. This interview was mainly technic (80% of the time) . A lot of questions about software development and design. The exercises were written by hand on board and paper (I liked his approach). The interviewers were friendly. 3) Job offer (about 1 month later)

One single interview, 5 people inside the room (3 devs, 1 manager and 1 from hr), talked about my previous experience, my expectations, part of it was in English, but most of the interview was about technology.
