Interview
Met with all the people I'd be working with on a regular basis. Each interview was with one or two people at a time, which added up to about 2.5 hours of interviewing total (with a 30 minute break in there). Interview was conducted via zoom.
If you don't have as much experience as they're looking for but they still think you're the right fit, they may hire you with an adjusted title (IE junior copywriter or associate copywriter).
Everybody was really nice! Overall, the interview was pretty casual. Some questions to gauge personality and interest + questions about working habits.
