Question 1
Seems they are more interested in getting an impression of a person, who is going to communicate with the customers. The first interview included a chat with a hypothetic "customer", who was begging to give him some epic item for free and so on.
You will definitely get a question of a sort: "you have a call from a customer, she is crying because she disenchanted her sword" or "the customer calls you and he is really angry, what will you do to calm him down?"
