Applied for lesser position and got a formal response within 3 short months. However, trying for different position resulted in a manger being interested, but then never contacting ever again. No formal reply, no formal rejection, nothing. Blizzard leaves no option of where to ask about a follow up anywhere except on twitter which also does not respond. Not applying ever again.
