Interview
initially interviews were on the phone, but then invited in for a 3 hour interview doing round robin with different teams in the US, over their teleconferencing facility. As exhausting as that was, to then be told I was unsuccessful over a generic email was very surprising, having spent about 4-5 hours in total interviewing for the role. When I asked for further feedback, I was sent another generic email. As a HR professional I've now taken this brand off my list of employer of choice. It's okay to not be successful for a role, but to be sent a generic email after investing hours of time is disappointing from a company like Square.
