First initial contact was a phone screening by HR, then took a personality test. Communication was great. For in-person interview, met briefly/casually with the HR Manager, then was interviewed by the potential managers. Asked constructive questions/scenarios related to the position. I was told when to expect a decision/reply by and received it on time.
