Square has a very lengthy process when it comes to applying. You get writing samples, a mock phone call, and then an in person interview. The actual interview was unprofessional but only because they didn't let you finish a sentence. Everything else was normal.

Good process, 5 interviews in total. First is with hiring manager, second to fourth is with the team and fifth is a presentation with hiring manager and other staff member. Overall very friendly and easy.

Was contacted originally by a recruiter, and then had a phone screen interview. After that was two additional interviews - one phone interview with the DM and another via video.

Mostly standard interview questions about your experience. They were very interested in a candidate looking for a career with Square, and seemed to really want you to already be very interested in the company.
