I had two separate chances to speak with the business recruiter who was very low-energy and disinterested. I made it to the final interview with internal stake holder. After speaking with the business recruiter, she confirmed that there will be a decision in a week however; I've never receive anything from her. Made a follow up e-mail but no response. I would understand if it's an initial stage but we are at the final stage of the interview. A generic e-mail informing whether I was successful is minimal. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and energetic on their role. They would be a good representation of the company but the recruiter is the opposite. I strive for employee experience for this role but candidate experience is extremely poor.
