Blocks interview process is incredibly long, disorganized, and redundant. You meet with 8 different people, over many rounds, over almost 2 months. Who has that kind of time? And what’s the absolute worst part is that everyone receives rejection by email. So gross, disrespectful, and outdated.

Interview process was well conducted but lacked sufficient communication on the side of the interviewee. Generally speaking the energy was postivie and upbeat but I felt it was missing authenticity.
