This was for a Data Scientist Management position. Square almost has a progressive difficulty process in terms of the interview. Two tech screens Coding and SQL. On-site had two phases - Phase 1: Model Development, Exploratory Data Analysis, Leadership, Partnership, Operational Thinking, Case Study Phase 2: Vision Setting, Situational Thinking, Tech Leadership. The overall process was very intensive.
