Interviewed with Cash App. Overall interview was average, nothing unexpected and included a case study. The interaction with recruiting, however, was pretty bad. There was never a phone screen with recruiting and went straight to phone call with hiring manager. No one walked through the interview process, how many rounds there were, or timeline on when we would hear back. I've sent multiple follow up emails to the recruiter and have not heard anything back. And keep in mind that I am not an early stage candidate, I passed the case study and had 3 rounds of interviews already. I am really disappointed with my interview experience and this has changed my view of cash app culture drastically.
