One of the best interview experiences I've had. I applied online and a recruiter got back to me about 3 weeks later to set up a phone screening. During the phone screening, he described in detail every step of the interview process and made sure I was prepared. He also told me the pay-range for this position without trying to make me guess a number first. After the phone screening, I had a case study review with a member of the brand team. I prepared a keynote presentation to walk her through my design process for 2 projects. She was very engaged, asked good questions, and was able to answer all of my questions about the role. I followed up a few days after the second interview because I was approaching final steps with another company. Ultimately, they decided to move forward with a more senior candidate, but I still had an amazing experience. Give Tiago a raise!
