Very professional interview process. You get the invites in advance and gets a briefing on the interviewer and the topics to expect during the interview. After the Interview you get contacted to get your thoughts and discuss next steps

One HR interview, pretty straight forward (1) introduction (2) experiences (3) specific regulatory knowledge All of which I think I seamlessly answered. Moved on to the next stage with the interim head. One Interview with the interim head he rescheduled once. The meeting lasted 30 mins. Introduction, sharing experiences. I asked him what an ideal candidate should have in experience. He basically paraphrased my experience. When we talked about the regulation he didn’t give me the feeling he understood the role or local regulations or how my experience ties in. The interviewer is not someone the role reports into or work with. The follow up from HR was great. Their response time was fast. Even the rejection email came fast. At least they dont keep you waiting/pondering.
