Block Program Manager Lead interview questions

I submitted an application online, received a call back to setup a screening call. Got through the screening call and was told the next step was to interview with who I would be lead over. Definitely the weirdest thing, that ‘interview’ had no real questions or structure. There was no clear expectation of what they were looking for, and after that I was ghosted by the recruiter. I am still active in their application tracker, but I think it just shows what kind of company it is, and that the culture was probably that of backstabbing and politics.
