Block Senior User Experience Designer interview questions

I applied on their website and a HR schedule a 20 minutes call with me. Eventually, we only talk about 10 minutes. The HR didn't ask me any questions besides asked me to introduce myself. And I did. I also asked some questions about the team. In the end of the conversation she said she would schedule a following meeting for me with the team. After the phone call, I wrote an email to follow up with her on the next day and she replied with a rejection message said they already found a better candidate. It's really waste my time, and it's right! read other interviewees comments, their interview process is suck.
