Overall, it was a disorganized process but they're trying to improve with Greenhouse's ATS. Mostly consisted of speaking with the recruiter and then advancing to a call with a remote PM. The overall process lacks transparency and feedback. They'll also try to get you to sign an NDA with non-standard terms before proceeding with the process. Based on the very many negative reviews I read here I decided it was best to opt-out of the process, especially after the disjointed interview process.
