The process itself is traditional and consisted of HR interviews then hiring manager interviews. I went through a total of 4 interviews with 5 different people. Duration: about 4 weeks (mainly due to my schedule or it likely would have taken 2-3 weeks); each interview was roughly an hour All interviews were conducted via Zoom or Teams. I found the process to be organized and professional. Honesty, it was very much at the caliber of enterprise despite the company being a startup and that's commendable.
