Bizarre Experience! Would not even recommend considering a job here. I have represented many startups and understand the entrepreneurial mentality of leadership, however, this company is extremely unstable. During my first and only interview, I had to provide the vacation days that I would need off for the entire year. Additionally, when I initially applied for the position, the salary was $190k, but during the interview, the range had dropped to $135-$160! I had sensed red flags from these reviews so I asked during my interview how stable this role would be and the interviewer seemed pretty confident that it would be a solid position. Following the interview, she set up a second interview with who I would be reporting to and immediately sent over an NDA which is not completely out of the norm, however, 4 hrs before my second interview – she sent an email to let me know that the position was put on hold for reevaluation. I politely declined any future opportunities with them and I urge anyone in comms to do the same...red flags everywhere!
