Quick and easy, very surface level. Doesn't require any preparation. Goes over basic HIPAA laws and regulations and how to communicate with donors. Quick presentation of how you are supposed to conduct yourself in front of donors, and how to have them fill out paperwork to return.

The interview was a one on one interview. The interviewer was extremely warm and welcoming. Actually, from the time I walked in the door there was such a good vibe. Everyone from the employees to the volunteers were very welcoming. The initial interview itself took a few hours. Alot of i information about the company and their mission. Completed some paperwork and went over some privacy information.

It was very easy, I don't think they will turn you down. I was being interviewed with 2 other people. I was kind of scared because I am a high schooler, but I ended up getting in. They care about your commitment and your WHY.
