I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. We spoke briefly about the job and I answered a few basic questions about my experience/qualifications. A phone interview with the hiring manager was set up for two days later. It was the worst interview I have experienced thus far in my career. He started right in with behavioral and situational questions, and provided no information about the job or himself. My resume apparently told him everything he needed to know about my experience because nothing was asked about that. He cut the interview short because of a “meeting” he was late for.
