The interview process was a very smooth process ( compared to Google), and takes around 3 weeks. They wil let you know if they need more time to make a decision, need more info, and are very good at communicating with you directly. Most companies only speak through the recruiter, but the actual person interviewing you will update you directly for the most part.
You'll likely have a few phone screenining interviews and shorly following a on-site interview. On-site interview would be the last interview you have before getting an offer. Total 3 stages, but may differ per department.
The people at Bloom are very down to earth, nice, and casual. It's incredibly easy to hold a conversation with them and get to know them on a personal level during multi-level interviews.
They give you enough time to ask questions, and would start off with your questions first before they ask theirs.
10/10 Would interview with them again for future opportunities.
