I applied online, and after passing that, I had a phone interview with my eventual manager. After that, I had a 3 hour Skype interview with 6 people in the team, 30 minutes with each of them. Most of them asked me behavioral questions, but two of the people asked me very specific technical questions about SOFCs, fuel cells, and electrochemistry in general.
