Three stage process comprised of two online phases and one on site phase. The latter included a written assessment and an interview with the team (usually with two analysts within that team).
Submitted application followed by a request for an automated HireVue-style interview two weeks later. Heard back from HR two weeks after that to set up a virtual interview with two analysts / associates. There is a final round and data assessment (but I didn't make it that far). Questions were mostly technical and related to the markets or commodities with a couple of current events analysis and brain teaser style questions thrown in. It was a little intense and hard to tell what the interviewers were thinking.
