First a personality test, then screening call from a recruiter, then a video interview with two team members involving several roleplays, one of them in my other language, then a prep call from the recruiter, then an in-person interview on-site involving a team leader and the head of the department.

The interview was done in both English and Japanese. Took approximately 20 minutes. Overall, the employer created a very friendly and welcoming environment and was kind throughout the entire process.
