Interview
The first round phone interview took about 20 minutes, they asked your motivation for applying the position;why you choose your major and university and how they tie into this job,and then your career objective and how BBG can help you achieve that. They wanted you to have a good understanding about customer service and you need to demonstrate your passion for this position, and can tell one story about current financial market to support your interests. There are further questions towards details.
The in-house 2v1 interview in their Beijing office took 40 minutes, and I think it maybe different to each person.Much more details about your CV,and your understanding about current financial markets and sales. They will give you an opportunity to sell anything you like to them.I did not perform well in this role play, but what I need to tell you guys is , make sure you have a good understanding about your clients' needs before you sell something, and try to make your product a must-have.
Anyway,I really enjoy the opportunity to talk with them,to know more about each other as I find this is an inspiring place to work. They told me they will give me feedback within two weeks and I hope I could get the opportunity to move on the next stage.
Hope my experience helps and good luck!
