HR contact, then phone interview then onsite three rounds of in-person interview. after the interviews, the interviewers took me out for lunch and let me know they would like me to on-board. Then, they sent me back to HR hope HR can walk me through the hiring process. but HR sent me home. about a week later, HR called me to schedule another culture fit with the head of the team. and then no more feedback for two weeks. after that, HR asked me if i am interested in the position i've been interviewing with, and I said yes, so HR cancelled all my other interviews with Bloomberg, so i hope for the best, a couple of days later the HR called me saying I am not senior enough for the position and asked me if i would take a lower position first, i said yes, so HR pinged me another position and cancel my original position. a week later, i got rejected by the lower position the end.
