Got one call,
It was pretty straightforward to me and had no trick questions or things to make it look like they were about to grill me. I had difficulty in hearing the person most of the time but got the questions straight:

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
