I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
I applied through the school and went in for an on-campus interview with an experienced employee. They asked me mostly behavioral questions. They asked what I knew about Bloomberg and the position so far, and asked me to tell them why I would be a good fit for the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
I initially applied via my college career website. I was then sent an email that I was eligible for a phone interview. On the day of the phone interview, I experienced some phone issues, and the call continually dropped. The Bloomberg recruiter, however, was extremely understanding and allowed me to reschedule the interview. We rescheduled and had about a 10-20 minute interview. It was pretty basic: asking me to run through my resume, why bloomberg, why sales, tell me something interesting about the market right now, etc. It went well and then I received an email inviting me to interview in New York.
