If I am not mistaken there were around 2-3 interviews. They want to see you have a true interest in financial markets and have great interpersonal skills to work with clients. A part of the interview was about a piece of news that was recent regarding the markets that interested you, then there was a roleplay in which you had to sell a holiday package.
