The entire process took about two months from start to finish. I first received an email to schedule a phone interview, which is the first step in the hiring process. The call is approximately a half hour, where you will be asked basic interview questions about yourself, your background, the company, and the basics of the position.
Following that, there is a second round interview on site, which is conducted in a group setting with approximately 30-50 other candidates. You learn about the software, tour the office, and finally conduct a "speed dating-style" interview, where you interview 1-on-1 in a large room, talking to an interviewer who is in sales and another who is in analytics - each for about a half hour. The questions are fairly basic and predictable - mostly asking you why you want to work for the company and why you're a good fit for the position, etc.
Lastly, there is a third round of the interviewing process, where you return to the office for a final interview. This is conducted as an approximately hour-long 1-on-2 interview. The interview questions are a lot of the same. Fairly straightforward, but slow, process overall.
