Contacted by HR within one week after application submission to provide availability for a phone interview or a face-to-face interview as well as a couple of other questions, such as offers on hand, expected grad date, and the latest CV to be attached.
Replied and informed to attend the group interview directly the next week.
The first round interview is a group interview. They first started off with self-introduction and then a presentation on company introduction. The moved to group interview. Candidates were divided into sub groups, and two interviewers(1 hr, 1 team leader from the Analytics) was in charge of each sub-group for 30 min and then switched for the second 30-min. It includes a broad topic and a debate topic.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
