Interview
Firstly, we pretended to be assisting the customers through the Bloomberg Terminal. Secondly, we were divided into two groups and we debated about the future of oil price and where it could go in 10, 20 and 50 years from now. Lastly, I had an interview with two managers asking me about the position I was applying for and understanding why I wanted to work for them and why I could be a good fit for the company.

It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
