Super easy, no technical questions. They are more focused towards how you prioritize things in terms of which client to support first based on the magnitude/urgency of the queries. They asked no real question about the background and to be honest with the work it involves, it doesnt matter as long as some basic understanding of as little as just Fixed Income assets would do.
