Question 1
Mostly general behavioral questions and good knowledge of the role and the company.
The interview consisted of behavioral questions focused on communication, problem-solving, and client interactions. It concluded with a roleplay scenario where I handled a simulated client issue, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and clear communication under pressure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, initial phone screen, two different prep sessions where one of them included meeting a team-member and asking them questions, an interview with the team lead, and lastly an in person interview with another team lead and the head of the department. It was an great interview experience, however they nitpick at a lot of your past experiences. This is an AR role and I've had previous AR experience, they will try to dissect everything you say. Wasted my time by dragging me to the final stage.
