it was a 3 side conference interview. I took it in UK but interviewer was from Tokyo and Singapore office as I applied in Japan and wishes to transfer to somewhere else. Before the interview with the area manager, I took a 15 minutes languages test. It was a role play phone call from facebook user and asking me how to use facebook. After that there was 1h30m question time from both Tokyo office and Singapore office.

Company sent an invitation for a Pre-recorded video interview, this is the standard. However later they decided to conduct a phone interview instead. They called it he same day. It took 30 min.
