Very straightforward and reasonable process. It was 5 rounds starting with an HR phone screen, Hiring Mgr interview, interview with another Sales Mgr, followed by a mock discovery call ran by Sales Enablement, and a final chat with the Head of Sales. Each round was just a 30-minute exercise and no 'gotcha' hard pressing questions.

A very intense, all day interview moving throughout the building to shadow, ask and be asked questions, and get an idea of the culture of the organization, ultimately ending with a meeting with one of the Co-Founders.
